"The site was launched in the beggining of 2010. We only had a very few Chat Hosts in those days and also site look different." - said the Executive of the RapidHi team. "The goal of the site is to offer a place for those who have any kind of questions or problems where they can find an answer or solution. We have the latest streaming technology available and also we have fine Chat Hosts who are eager to help our users." - he added.
Pros:
User friendly interface, Nice Chat hosts, Cheap compared to many similar services, Interesting topics, a lot of payment methods, second based billing, Live Customer Service.
Cons:
At the time we visited the site there were 40 Chat Hosts online. A forum or a blog would be a nice addition so users can share their oppinions with each other and to give tips and feedbacks about the service. Since the site is still under developement, it is looking for new Chat Hosts and every feedback.
Anybody can register as a chat host at RapidHI.com who fits into at least one of their categories: Hobby Chefs, Travel Advisers, Soul mates, Personal Trainers and Esoterics.
Right now it seems that the category "Esoterics" is taken most seriously amongst all the categories. There are good, professional and very supportive Chat Hosts who know their job well and they are also trustworthy.
According to our experience it is a great site with high quality camera streams, high quality audio (most of the hosts use this feature as well) and nice chat hosts. We can only recommend the site for those who want to have nice chats about various topics with people around the globe.
